• These terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of electronic gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by cescie (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on our website www.cescie.com.
• By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Purchase and Delivery

•  Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.cescie.com in denominations specified at the time of purchase.

•  Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during purchase. We are not responsible for errors in the recipient’s email address provided by the purchaser.

•  All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Redemption

•  Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively on www.cescie.com for eligible products or services, subject to availability.

•  Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless otherwise specified.

•  To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code at checkout. The Gift Card balance will be applied to the total order amount.

•  If the order total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

•  If the order total is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will be available for future use until the Gift Card expires.

Expiration and Fees

•  Gift Cards expire 2  years from the date of purchase.

•  No fees are charged for the issuance, use, or maintenance of Gift Cards, except as permitted by law.

Non-Transferable

•  Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

•  Gift Cards cannot be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

•  Gift Cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

•  Treat Gift Cards like cash. We will not replace or refund lost or stolen Gift Cards unless required by law.

Limitations

•  Gift Cards may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

•  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Gift Card transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Refunds for Purchases Made with Gift Cards

•  If a purchase made with a Gift Card is returned, any refund will be issued as a new Gift Card with the same terms and conditions, unless otherwise required by law.

•  Refunds will not be issued in cash unless required by applicable law.
