Free Tote Bag Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  • Receive a free Essential Tote Bag (RRP £20) on orders of £80 or more.
  • Promotion valid from 29th March 2026 until 11:59pm on 5th April 2026.
  • Qualifying spend must be £80 or more after any discounts are applied.
  • If items from a qualifying order are returned and the remaining order value falls below £80, the free tote bag must also be returned.
  • If the tote bag is not returned, a charge of £20 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Offer valid while stocks last and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless stated.
  • If no tote bag is selected on the product page, a colour chosen at random will be sent with your order
  • Cescie reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Order Acceptance

We only accept orders once they have been verified. You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order, and another to confirm acceptance.

Reasons We May Reject Your Order

We reserve the right to decline an order, for example:

  • The product is unexpectedly out of stock.
  • Your order is flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
  • We believe the order is for resale purposes without prior written consent.
  • Billing details are incorrect or unverified.
  • A pricing or product description error occurred.

You will be notified via email if we reject your order, and any payment received will be refunded.


Payment and Ownership

You are charged at the time of order. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment is received.


VAT and Pricing Adjustments

If VAT rates change between your order and delivery, we will adjust your payment unless full payment was completed prior to the change.


Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. natural disasters, logistics disruptions). We will inform you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered items.


Promotional Discounts

Promotional codes:

  • Must be entered at checkout before payment.
  • Are valid only on our website and not in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Are single-use, non-transferable, and not valid on gift cards.

Codes may not apply if:

  • Already used.
  • Another promotion is active.
  • They have expired.
  • A minimum spend has not been met.

Changing Your Mind: Your Legal Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel most online purchases within 14 days. 


How to Return

To return, complete our online return form here. Return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving.

Returns are at your own cost unless otherwise stated. Please read our returns policy. Please retain proof of postage.


Refund Terms

We refund:

  • Within 10 working days of receiving your return.
  • To your original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount for UK & NI returns.
  • International returns are the responsibility of the customer, to organise and pay. Please read our refund policy for more details.  

Faulty Items and Legal Rights

If your product is faulty, contact customer service. You have the right to:

  • A full refund within 14 days

Changes to Terms or Products

We may update our products or these terms:

  • To comply with legal or regulatory changes.
  • To improve clarity or fairness.

If a change materially affects your order, we will notify you in advance. You may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered items.

We are liable for foreseeable losses only, and not for:

  • Unpredictable losses.
  • Delays outside our control (where we acted appropriately).
  • Losses you could have avoided.
  • Business-related losses.

Disputes

  • You may also bring legal action in UK courts.
  • Residents of Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland may use local courts.

  • If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.
  • Delays in enforcing this contract do not waive our rights.
