Refund policy

We strive to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.


Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Return procedures vary by territory. Please scroll down for details specific to your region.

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll contact you via email and send the item back to you. You won’t be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.


UK & NI Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be submitted via our UK & NI returns portal.

How it works:

  1. Enter your details in the returns portal and select whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  2. If requesting an exchange, please include the style, colour, and size you’d like to receive
  3. Follow the portal instructions to package and send your items securely

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm via email.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of charge
  • If there is a price difference for your new item(s), we’ll email you a payment link
  • Your exchange will be shipped once the balance has been paid & the original items have been received back & inspected. 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • UK & NI return shipping is £3.99, this will be deducted from your refund amount

International Returns

All international returns must be submitted via our online returns form. 

How it works:

  1. Complete the international returns form
  2. Wait for approval via email (we’ll send return address within 48 hours)
  3. Package and send your items back securely

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless stated otherwise)
  • Do not send items until your return has been approved

Once received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact our support team at support@cescie.com for assistance.

Please note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

cescie cannot be held responsible for any return parcels that are lost or stolen during transit. Any issues with a lost or stolen return parcel must be taken up with the courier.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@cescie.com

  • Please include a description of the fault, photos, and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

  • If the fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement item (if available)
